The war in Marawi City in Mindanao against the ISIS-inspired group; MAUTE continues. For more than 10 days, lives were lost in this bloody battle and civilians were trapped in the midst of the fire fight and airstrikes. Recently, members of the the terrorist group were caught in checkpoints and some of them are wounded. THE Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) will validate information that one of the two Maute brothers was killed by air strikes on Marawi City, military chief Gen. Eduardo Año said on Tuesday. This came as police and the military nabbed the father of the Maute brothers, Cayamora, at a checkpoint in Davao City Tuesday morning. Año said information on the incident where Omar Maute was reportedly killed circulated on May 28. “The report is still not confirmed. It was in Marawi City,” he told reporters. The AFP chief said there was a “big possibility” Omar is still alive. In a radio interview, Año said the military still faced at least a hundred Maute members, mostly in the Bangolo area, citing a report from the ground commander. Aside from the remaining Maute, Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon needs to be “neutralized” by government troops. “We are seeing the loss of their (Maute) snipers, so our troops were able to hasten their moves and it may also lead to the surrender of some remaining Maute members,” Año said. Omar, the brother of Abdullah Maute, was earlier reported killed in February 2016 during the military offensive against them and their cohorts in Butig, Lanao del Sur. Earlier, President Rodrigo Duterte offered a P20-million reward for any information that could lead to the capture of Abu Sayyaf leader Hapilon and the Maute brothers. A P10-million bounty was placed on Hapilon’s head, and P5 million each on the Maute brothers. Fighting in Marawi City started last May 22 when government troops tried to arrest Hapilon. The siege forced President Duterte to declare martial law in Mindanao on May 23. The P10-million bounty on Hapilon is on top of the $5 million earlier offered by the US government for information on the Abu Sayyaf leader. He also has a standing P7.4-million bounty from the Philippine government. Hapilon is wanted for kidnapping with ransom and serious illegal detention. Watch the full video below!

Two people were reported dead as 2 separate pipe bombs exploded in Quiapo, Manila Philippines. According to Rappler, the first bast happened along Norzagaray Street corner Elizondo Street near the Manila Golden Mosque at 5:55 pm on Saturday, killing two people and injuring 4 others. The second blasts occurred two hours later. Police report states that a member each of the Explosives Ordinance Disposal and the Scene of the Crime Operatives teams, who were securing the first blast site, were hurt in the second explosion.

A viral video has been circulating in various social media networks regarding with a police officer who allegedly groped a woman who's tired from work. The woman was enraged and forced the policeman to leave the bus. People were asked to identify the name of the self proclaimed police officer.

You can clearly see this perverted guy's smile as the woman tells him to leave the bus. A woman should not deserve this kind of treatment. I mean, a woman must be respected. The woman in the video says that she just came from work and tired and then she absurdly experience such thing from a "police officer"? Is this how policemen are? One of the stories that went viral is about a girl who had told her boyfriend whose name is Jeremiah Cuenco. The boy's reaction would send pulses of anger throughout your body. The girl told his boyfriend that she's pregnant. The boy freaks out in the chat saying that his life is over, he has no more future. It was all mistake and his parents shouldn't know about it. The boy told the girl that they must abort the baby immediately, but the girl doesn't want it. She says that how should she tell it to her parents. The boy continues to ignore the girl and he says that he wants them to graduate first. The girl says that the boy can finish his schooling first. The boy keeps on insisting that his parents should not know about what happened. The story continues below.

In the end, the guy continued to ignore the girl. He's not chatting and even giving dumb reason like going into shopping malls or whatever while the girl was so stressed on her situation.

I hope the girl would overcome this challenge in her life. She must strengthen her will and faith, she can do it. She doesn't deserve a man like that with no balls.

Will it be the end for ABS-CBN? Are they now having their last days?

In an ambush interview last Friday, April 27, 2017, President Rodrigo Duterte says that he would file a complaint and prevent the renewal of franchise contract of the media giant ABS-CBN. The president stated that the company had committed estafa after he did not had his refunds on the money that he had already paid for the campaign ads during last election.

He also accused the company of prioritizing the black propaganda commercial against him that was paid by Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV. During the ambush interview he was asked if he will file a case against the company and he said that he would block the renewal of franchise of this giant media company. Is this the end for them?

President Duterte, also revealed that even Chiz Escudero was a victim of the company.

“Eh ang ginawa ninyo samin is estafa, swindling not only me, but Chiz Escudero, pati si ano.. madami pa yan, i-notso ninyo.. p—– i– harap harapan magkolekta kayo tapos.. i-estafa niyo kami,

” Duterte said.

Duterte said that he would file a complaint against ABS-CBN and going to stop the media giant for allegedly committing a crime.

“If you operate an ABS-CBN tapos manloloko lang kayo ng tao, mag swindling kayo.. I have to stop you,”

Duterte said.
